I think that employee education and training of employees can actually ensure that there is the alleviation of drawbacks and risks which re associated with communication and technology. This is because of the aspect that the employees can be made aware about communication or technological issues through training methods like simulation and enactment of different situations in organizational behavior. Business ethics training is an integral part of the process of training employees to understand and become aware of ethics in business especially about not sharing passwords or even not sharing of confidential organizational information.
